FLSA Final Overtime Rulings

Today, May 18, 2016, President Obama and Secretary Perez have released the final ruling regarding overtime regulations.

Over four million will be affected within the first year of implementation. The final ruling will become effective as of December 1, 2016 and will increase the standard salary level from $455 per week to $913 per week.
